I have been campaigning for a Relief Road in Poynton for years, to ease the burden of high traffic volumes. The plan is for a two-mile stretch from the oil terminal to London Road near Adlington Golf Centre.

Good to receive confirmation that adult inpatient mental health beds will stay in Macclesfield rather than move to Chester, as initially proposed.

The regeneration of Macclesfield town centre is a great opportunity for the local community and will make the town a more unique destination for goods and services, whilst helping Macclesfield reach its economic potential.
