Macclesfield business, TerryberryReward, is expanding and going from strength to strength, and local MP, David Rutley, joined its expanding team the official opening of its new premises.
Formerly known as CottrillsReward, the business was founded in Macclesfield over 25 years ago, and currently employs thirty-six people locally. The company, which provides employee reward and recognition programmes to encourage and motivate staff to help achieve business objectives, merged with Michigan-based firm TerryBerry on 1st December 2017, becoming TerryberryReward. The company serves a wide range of over five hundred clients in the UK, including Tesco PLC, AstraZeneca, Ford, Network Rail, and Marks & Spencer.
David was given a tour of the new premises by UK Managing Director, Paul Calnan, and US-based Chief Operating Officer, Dave Beemer, and met with staff at the larger, more modern office premises on Beech Lane in Macclesfield, where he learned more about the company's work. He was pleased that, following the recent merger, the company is looking to expand and was also impressed to see the state-of-the-art IT software that it uses.
Speaking after his visit, David said, "It was great to meet with Paul and to learn more about this dynamic and expanding local company. TerryberryReward is a real Macclesfield success story and the recent merger is a testament to the energy and dedication of all its employees to build a strong and sustainable business. I wish all at the company continued success for the future."
