David organises an annual Parliamentary Induction Day for students in Macclesfield, which gives them the opportunity to visit the Houses of Parliament and observe proceedings. 

Induction days are held in Westminster, run from 9:00 a.m. until approximately 4:30 p.m. and consist of time spent with David learning about the work of an MP, observing Select Committee business, watching debates in the House of Commons and the House of Lords, together with a tour of the Houses of Parliament.
