David Rutley MP Supports Royal Mail's Dog Awareness Week

David Rutley, MP for Macclesfield, attended a drop-in session at Westminster, supported by Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, representatives from the Metropolitan Police Status Dogs Unit and the National Police Chief’s Council with Royal Mail Group Director of Safety, Health, Wellbeing and Sustainability, Shaun Davis. The session provided information on the issue of dog attacks on postal workers in their constituency and further understanding regarding what the change in legislation in England and Wales means in providing greater protection to the police and postmen and women. 

MP Sets Out Concerns About Hollins View Announcement

Member of Parliament for Macclesfield, David Rutley, has expressed his concerns, following the announcement by Cheshire East Council that it will stop respite care at Hollins View community support centre in Macclesfield, at the end of the year.
