DAVID Rutley, MP for Macclesfield, is encouraging people in financial difficulty to seek help with their debts at a traditionally challenging time of year for many families.
David has teamed up with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Christians Against Poverty to encourage people who need help to get advice on their finances.
